We want you to be happy with your purchase. Customer may return new condition items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please email for to obtain approval for a return, and to obtain return shipping address. EWCS will send a Return Material Authorization form with return instructions. No credit will be issued without a RMA approval.
All refunds go to the original purchaser. A full refund will be due provided the return is received within the return window.
Replacements and exchanges are not supported; customers can return their original order for a refund and create a new order for the replacement.
